Welcome to blog rest. A space where I share the thinking, the story, and the honest moments behind the music. rest. started as a personal project during one of the harder periods of my life, and it has slowly grown into something I genuinely believe in.
I started it because I needed it - and I hope that in some way, it helps you too. Each post here is just me, writing honestly about rest, music, wellbeing, and everything in between.
No expert advice, no perfect answers. Just real thoughts from someone who is still figuring it out, one volume at a time.
I hope it brings you rest.
